By scheduling a consultation or making a payment through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are charged for the professional time, expertise, and preparation provided by Pearlstone Estates.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, consultation fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduled appointments remain subject to availability.
Late cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, may forfeit the consultation fee.
Pearlstone Estates reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an exception will be made under extraordinary circumstances.
Property management & Real estate services
Property management services, leasing services, MLS listing services, and any other professional real estate services are governed by separate written agreements.
Any refunds, credits, cancellations, or fee adjustments relating to those services shall be governed exclusively by the applicable signed agreement and not by this website Refund Policy.
Website Payments
If an incorrect payment or duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error, please contact Pearlstone Estates promptly.
Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be reviewed and refunded when appropriate.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, when applicable, will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Right to refuse service
Pearlstone Estates reserves the right to refuse or cancel services where permitted by law, including but not limited to situations involving fraud, abusive behavior, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances that prevent the safe or professional delivery of services.
If Pearlstone Estates cancels a prepaid consultation before services have been rendered, the client will be offered either:

The opportunity to reschedule the consultation.
